Jeff was born in the suburbs of Detroit Michigan back in December of 1957. He is the eldest of 4 children that were born approximately 8 years apart. He went to Catholic school for all 12 years and was into many different sports and clubs focusing on Football. The family was most important to him at an early stage in life, learning from his parents mostly. He watched over his 3 siblings, protecting them from lessons learned. His siblings did not always appreciate that.
Jeff's High School football career went well enough that he had a full scholarship at the University of Tulsa in Oklahoma. He planned to play football professionally, but that all was sidelined due to injuries he sustained while playing College football. College Football is where he learned about Teams, Values, Morals, and the benefits of working together. Jeff enjoyed sharing ideas and techniques with peers, enabling them to help them make a difference. He ended up with a Major in Education, with a Minor in Special Ed. Before graduating he got a job at a local business called Bama Pie. They were known for McDonald's Cherry & Apple fried pies. After graduating he stayed with the Factory working his way into Management, his Salary was better than what his Degree would pay. After six years he decided to leave, and go back to Michigan and was hired by Sarah Lee. That lasted 13 years in two states and was where he met his wife of now 30+ years. He has two adult boys who are very successful with careers in Computers and another as a Chef. He then left for another opportunity with a Company in Texas, that was short-lived due to the Family not caring too much for Texas. Jeff enjoyed building Teams and focusing on Cost Savings in many of the different locations where he worked. He often recruited great people from past plants to assist with making the necessary development changes that a business might need to make. Over 34 years in the Food Industry Jeff moved for bigger and better opportunities in Management with some Fortune 500 Companies(Sara Lee, Nabisco Co-Manufacturer, & Snyder's/Lance). In several Facilities that Jeff managed the plant was noted for its overall Performance, Safety, Customer Service, and Financial contribution to the Corporation. The last plant he managed was a Snyder's-Lance plant in Burlington Iowa where he retired in 2012, after Buying a home in Florida.
After 1 1/2 years of enjoying himself, he pursued a career in Real Estate, he missed the people that he worked with in the different plants. He was scared to death because this was new and outside of his comfort zone. After trying it on his own for a year, he joined a group and assisted them in growing their operation to be Team-oriented and self-sustaining. His fulfillment was in seeing people achieve their goals with that retirement home they dreamed about, that's all he wanted for all the clients. He was rewarded with his database growing from past clients sharing what he did for them. After 5+ years, it was time for a change. He joined up with SandPeak Realty, the company had 2 offices one in Brooksville, and the other in New Port Richey. The Broker is amazing, giving his time and teaching new, and progressive techniques to achieve goals. He works generally in the Hernando, Citrus, and Pasco Counties while traveling outside of those Counties is asked to. Jeff is honest, hard-working, sincere, and a facts-driven Realtor to all the people he works with, and is around. He only shares information that he has all the details and facts on, and shares contractors' credentials that he has worked with. Jeff loves what he does, and hopefully, you decide to give him a chance to find your Dream Home in Florida!
